Chairperson: Current SMEMSIC President

Purpose: Decision making body for business matters that are not delegated to the President or Executive Director.

Status: Active

Objectives:

1. To oversee the contract and performance of the Executive Director.

2. To carry out actions directed by the General Membership.

3. To make decisions for organization when meeting of the general membership is not possible.

Committee Membership:

The committee consists of the Past President, President Elect, Secretary, Treasurer , Member-At-Large, Historian and the Executive Director.

Work Group Discussion Forum:

Each committee has been assigned an area in the SMEMSIC discussion forums to respond to member questions and requests. This is a general discussion area for the committee and we encourage you to post comments or questions in the committee work area. The committee chairperson or others working with the committee will respond to your questions and comments. Committee members may also conduct workgroup discussions in this area relating to their committee work. Please click on the link below to visits this committees work forum.
