Chairperson: Vacant Purpose: To develop and propose any amendments to the SMEMSIC By-laws. Status: Ad Hoc Objectives: 1. Review the organization’s by-laws annually to assure they direct the current activities of the Organization. 2. Draft and publish proposed amendments to the general membership for a vote. 3. Amend and publish approved changes to the by-laws. Work Group Discussion Forum: Each committee has been assigned an area in the SMEMSIC discussion forums to respond to member questions and requests. This is a general discussion area for the committee and we encourage you to post comments or questions in the committee work area. The committee chairperson or others working with the committee will respond to your questions and comments. Committee members may also conduct workgroup discussions in this area relating to their committee work. Please click on the link below to visits this committees work forum.
